Competition Terms & Conditions.

1. To enter this competition you must be aged 18 or over.

2. Only one entry is permitted per person. Entries are to be submitted online via the competition page

3. To enter the competition you must provide your full name and email address. No purchase is necessary.

4. The prize is Functional Medicine Tests worth a value of €1000. The prize is non-transferable and non-divisible. Prizes cannot be exchanged.

5. The competition is open to entrants residing in; UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, USA & Canada. A winner outside Europe may experience minor delay in delivery of the prize for logistical reasons.

6. dnalife shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunication networks, internet access or otherwise, preventing entry at this website.

7. Entries must be received by 11.59pm GMT 31st January 2021.

8. Every effort will be made to notify the winners by email by 5th February 2021. Winners must respond within 14 days or an alternative winner may be chosen.

9. The winner will be chosen at random from the list of entries received. The winning decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. dnalife reserves the right to change or withdraw the competition and/or prize at any time.

11. By entering the competition, entrants are deemed to have given their consent to receive future marketing communications from dnalife. Entrants can revoke their consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. Personal data will not be shared with third parties outside of dnalife without prior consent.
